IPAD - 4G LTE SIM CARD FROM AIRTEL IS NOT WORKING

My 4G SIM CARD is working well with iPhone 6 but when working IPAD MINI - LTE/4G is not working...and it switches to 3G.

Have tried to all options but not able to activate 4G Service on the IPAD.

The service provider(Airtel) and Local Apple Customer Care confirms SIM and IPAD are both ok but cannot figure out why its not working
