Can no longer post images to message boards.

Since updating to 8.3 I can no longer post links or images to any of my message boards; each time I try, my screen goes blank and then goes back to the home screen of my IPad. I even downloaded Google Chrome and tried doing it from there, but the same thing happened. Anyone have a solution? TIA
