Slow/Spinning wheel, Macbook pro mid 2012 Need Help

i have a Macbook Pro - (13-inch,Mid 2012)2.9 ghz intel Core I74GB 1600 Mhz DDR3Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 mb240Gb SSD Hard DriveEvery program i run there a pause in the middle of running the program. the Spinning wheel comes up. when ever i click on a program the entire system freezes for 20 seconds. Ran DiagnosticsDisk Untility - Hard Drive have been okApple Hardware test, Perform hardware test: Pass both and Extended testing : found no troubleOS Recovery mode - completed Installed new SSD 240gb, Installed new 16 Gb Ram Battery life condition is :very goodStill the same problem. it freezes for 20sec before opening programs and it also freezes in between running programs. what else is there left for me to check and run???? someone please help

When you see a beachball cursor or the slowness is especially bad, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.   These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. The startup drive may be failing, or the SATA cable may be damaged (common after a drive replacement), or there is some other internal hardware fault.Back up all data on the drive immediately if you don&#x27;t already have a current backup.
