Podcasts app not downloading

Hello all

After updating my iPhone to 8.3 I'm not able to download podcasts app on my iPhone. In App store it shows "Open" button but nothing happens in spotlight search no app is available under podcasts name. Can anyone suggest something.

The Podcast app is now part of iOS, and can't be removed or downloaded. Look for it on the phone. It may be in a folder.
