I want to buy back my ipad mini ! is there any facility with apple store! (return old ipad and purchase new ipadmini3)

Q: buyback option
In some countries Apple will offer a minimal amount to recycle your old iPad.
You would be better to sell the iPad privately and use the money from the
sale toward the purchase of the new iPad.
