iphone 5 flash of camera

before i upgrading my ios to ios 8.3, my camera works perfectly. after my upgrading ios is complete, my camera didn't work as before. i cant take any pictures on a dark room because my flash appears to short and after the flash is out, the camera makes the photo and so my photo is only black. it also makes my camera have a black spot and it disturbing me to take a photo on a bright room. my questions is, did ios 8.3 makes my iphone broken because it works perfectly before im upgrading my ios? if that ios do so, please fix it as soon as possible. thank you.
