I have a Dell U2713H high resolution monitor that doesn't come up when starting OS X 10.6.8.
I have to turn it off then back on if its in standby mode from a last shutdown.
Dell doesn't support OSX 10.6.8.
Anyone found a solution? (Previously searched for U2715H... Going back now for U2713H)
I have to stay with 10.6.8 because of software levels like Photoshop CS2 and many others.
Suggestions welcomed.

Using DVI connection from my Mac Pro 3,1 Quad Core Intel Xeon Dual 3GHz.
