Pro Apps or Camera RAW Update broke Canon video RAW?

We have confirmed with Canon Pro engineering support that one of the following APPLE supplemental updates ( see below) has killed the ability to work with Canon RAW video files.

For all of us who shoot 4K RAW - we use various tools to ‘develop’ the RAWS into ProRes 422HQ ( 10 bit) or 4444 12 bit - it seems one of the latest updates ( NOT yosemite) has really screwed us….

We did 4 tests ( With Canon Pro techs) and were now feel confident APPLE Broke it with this with one of these updates - we have another machine that does NOT have these update and it sees all our files can be opened and viewed fine….

Can any of these be UNINSTALLED?
