How do I open the "Terminal?"

Click Spotlight (the magnifying glass icon) in the menu bar.
Then enter Terminal in the search box that appears.
Double click the Terminal icon to open Terminal.
It's in the Utilities folder.
You open Terminal like any other app on your Mac.
If you are on your desktop (Finder) the key shortcut: shift command U open the utilities folder. Double click the terminal.app
~/Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app
What are you trying to do in Terminal?
Thanks so much but when I enter a command I get a response that tells me no such command found. The command I write is "
com.apple.DiskUtility DUDebugMenuEnabled 1"
Thanks very much but I still have an issue. When I type my command in and press enter I get a response that says it cannot find that command. My command is "
com.apple.DiskUtility DUDebugMenuEnabled 1"
