My Adobe Photoshop elements 9 window suddenly got huge and runs off the top & sides of the screen so I can't get to the toolbar. I'm running Yosemite. What to do? Re-booting doesn't help. Thanks.

My Adobe Photoshop elements 9 window suddenly got huge and runs off the top & sides of the screen so I can't get to the toolbar. I'm running Yosemite. What to do? Re-booting doesn't help. Thanks.
