How can I move to the end or beginning of a line of text while using Windows on a MacBook Pro like using the end key and home key on a PC???

I'm looking for a tutorial for using windows/MS word on a MacBook Pro. When moving the cursor around text, I'm used to hitting "home" to go to the beginning of a line, or "end" to go to the end of a line of text. How do I do that on the MacBook?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5), OS X 10.9.5
