I can't open Itunes in OX S Yosemite

When i try to click on to itunes logo nothing happens, not even the little jump as usual.


I can't open Itunes, does anyone know how to solve this problem

OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), OS X Yosemite Preview 10.10.4

Did you just do an update (and neglect to tell us)?
