I don't understand. Did you have a question? You fell off your bike & broke your iPod and you blame Apple for this?

Are you wanting to get it repaired? There are plenty of third-party repair services who can install a new screen. Try googling 'ipod repair' and see what comes up. I see iPodresq recommended a lot on these forums. You might see what they say.

Good luck.

Cheers!

ok I have a question to add to this...I had a similar problem and basically I sent my iPod in and they charged my mom's credit card to tell me that they won't fix it....if there are so many other "third parties" that will fix it, then why the heck did they not tell me that when I first emailed them my problem. Instead they just told me to send it in and charged me $40 for it! If apple makes the products....shouldn't they be the one's to fix them?? So, I guess thank you for cheating me out of $40.
