I am using Windows 8 and CDs used to automatically import to Itunes and now they are not. I also cannot seem to sync to my Ipad or Iphone.

In iTunes , go to Edit>Preferences>General you will see the options for importing from CD on that screen
Thank you, but the settings are correct. It is set to import a CD but that does not happen.
Did you recently update iTunes on your PC ? If iTunes cannot deal with your devices it sounds like iTunes might need to be uninstalled and then re-installed (or run a repair on it).
When I load a CD in my drive it is not automatically imported and I do not see an option to choose to import the songs.
