Iphone 6 Plus will not pair with my Motorola Elite device (was paired and lost connectivity)

My 6 Plus was paired for a month with my Motorola Elite bluetooth device. Today none of my devices (2) normally connected are not connected (and will not repair). The "other devices" (of which I have no 'other') has the little spinner going. Below that is a message for pairing an apple watch (do not own). Seems locked up. I have turned phone off and reset, turned off all bluetooth devices (including Ipad and disconnected bluetooth from it!)............to no avail. Help, please! Thank you.
