problems with log in icloud on windows 8, what to do?

Hi,

I was using iphone and now change it to the Android. I would like to get to my photos in icloud.

I install the icloud app to the windows 8 but i can not log in.

i try to log in with my Apple ID.

Pls inform me how i can into the app or even bether, how i can get to my photos.
