Dual Flatscreen Displays with MBP

I have a mid 2014 MBP; 15 in screen; OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 - for business I need to run 2 flatscreen monitors off the laptop to manipulate spreadsheets and spreadsheet workbooks. Objective is to be able to drag a workbook to each of the flatscreen displays or run an accounting app on one while keying info into worksheet on second display. I would not use the laptop display directly. Suggestions on how to do that and any additional software needs to run the displays would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

JG
