Is there an app that allows you to share daily work reports with co workers from within the app? if so can someone please help me!!

I work in the oil field and I cant stress enough how hard it is to keep everyone on the same page. I am looking for an app that allows you to have 1 "company" login for everyone and within the app everyone can check daily reports, time, expenses if need be. If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
