I bought Kingston KTA-mb 1333s/4g Pmem 4gb sodimm replaced them for the 2x2 and get a crash report. Panic CPU 2.
Can somebody tell me what I did wrong?

Macs are very particular about their RAM. Not all RAM is compatible and as such most simply do not work.
Kingston RAM in particular is known to have issues with Macs.
If you can, return the RAM, and buy from a source that guarantees their RAM will work with a MAC such as OWC macsales.com or crucial.com

Thank you very much. Send the ram back to the shop and orderd new ram with Crucial as you advised. Hope it will work with the hynix what is my 2x2gb memory now.
