Deauthorize all computers?
I don't have access to any of my authorized computers to de authorize them and I'm out of authorizations I do have my iPhone.
Use the Deauthorize All command documented in this article, or if it isn't an option, the 'contact iTunes Store support' link at the bottom of it.
