Iphone 6 died, account blocked for "security reasons"?

hi! Hope you can help me. i'm guada, and i'm on vacations abroad. My phone was fine 30 minutes ago, I had it next to me, and then, it was off. I couldn't turn it back on (the battery was at more than 50% for sure), and it wasnt doing antthing when charging it or when trying to turn it off or on. I connected to my "look my iphone" through my boyfriend's ipad and it says it cant find it because it's deactivated.

another odd thing is that when i came here to log my question, the site said my account was blocked for security reasons (just reseted the password).

what can i do?? I'll give it a rest for now and try turning it on again later, sometimes magic happens...

(On top of everything, I bough the phone in the US but I live in Argentina, and I wont be back anyways for 10 more days...
