Xcode 6.3.1 does not update

Xcode 6.3.1 does not update from the App Store. The App store has a cycle moving and then nothing. Anybody any ideas why that could be?

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

Found it. It was Sophos Antivirus. After uninstalling it, the update went smoothly.
