iPad keep restart

Please I want know the causes of why iPad keep restart itself, whenever I switch it on something like veil/curtain coming from left side of the iPad and it automatically going off and later about some minute show that apple logo. That is how it keep doing even if I plug it to power for charge, it keep restart itself I don't know what happen. Any help please
