Lost Iphone without icloud.

Lost my iphone somewhere, but totally forgot to turn iCloud on. I still can call my number (so it is not stolen). It has the Internet access, it is on, just the function *find my phone* is not on. Can i do something to find it? May be turn icloud on remote, or is there any way to find its location?
