Photos creates new folders with duplicate pictures

HI everyone ! The photos app on my phone randomly keeps making folders with random pics in it. I've restored my phone from backup repeatedly and deleted all the pics once and restored again but this problem persists Any help will be really appreciated

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3, Using a MacBook Pro retina 2014
