Create New Titles Templates for iMovie 10's Content Library?

Does iMovie offer any method of creating new titles styles (presets?, templates?) from scratch? I'm trying to subtitle a toddler's speech and none of the built-in titles styles in the content library is quite to my liking. The closest candidate, "Lower Third" has a gratuitous fade transition. "Standard Lower Third" lacks the unwanted transition, but also lacks the light shadowing on text. I can't seem to get the best of both worlds.
