Improve the Apple support online service
Hello I had online support today (Ticket ID ********, e-mail *******at*******) the problem was about a function of the iOS Keychain and how you can use it in Safari.
After all my explanation and after the Apple operator crossed the call-phone to another department, after we verified effectively that the function is not implemented yet.
The only solution that the Apple operator gave me it was to write a feedback to Apple and hope to be considerate a good propose to be implemented for the next system update.
I think that is very annoying to the user after all that tries and explanation. To write a feedback from a scratch.
So maybe I hope you will considerate to change a bit your online support and if the only solution of the problem is "to write an feedback to Apple" try to make the user start from a note that the Apple operator will send by e-mail to the user.
