Improve the Apple support online service

Hello I had online support today (Ticket ID ********, e-mail *******at*******) the problem was about a function of the iOS Keychain and how you can use it in Safari.

After all my explanation and after the Apple operator crossed the call-phone to another department, after we verified effectively that the function is not implemented yet.

The only solution that the Apple operator gave me it was to write a feedback to Apple and hope to be considerate a good propose to be implemented for the next system update.

I think that is very annoying to the user after all that tries and explanation. To write a feedback from a scratch.

So maybe I hope you will considerate to change a bit your online support and if the only solution of the problem is "to write an feedback to Apple" try to make the user start from a note that the Apple operator will send by e-mail to the user.

Not to add to your frustration, but we are all fellow users on the Apple Support Communities and not Apple employees. You cannot speak directly with Apple on these groups.

You should probably consider your idea "Submitted" - just from the call. Those folks take notes on every call - and your 'idea' for the 'improvement' was certainly contained therein.

I know, this is a wrong place (for this I ask you sorry) and thank about the link that I already read before. Actually I wrote this above just to have "1 record". I did the same about the feedback that I gave while the around 7 hours ago's phone-call (see the screenshot of my other "1 record" here http://s1.postimg.org/dm83krxqn/image.jpg) even opened as discussion there just to have the famous "1 record". For the rest I just would like to get the function implemented at the next update because I really would like to use it with my lovely Apple instruments. I don't really care about the eventually idea and rights of. Because users that want to leave feedback to Apple must read this before https://www.apple.com/legal/intellectual-property/policies/ideas.html so my wish here is that Apple will give the famous feedback record to users (if kindly requested) automatically. So users (like me) will stop to catch the "1 record" by themself and manually.

Send in the feedback (it won't take long) and move on. If there are enough people who request this they might offer it in the future, if not then it may never be implemented.
