Help...I can't update my APPS on my iP 5!

I have unwittingly ended up with two iTunes accounts. One of my accounts was associated with an AOL username. I thought I had changed it before April 1, but since that time, I've not been able to update my APPs.

"

I have tried several times to change the passwords for both Apple IDs, but I still get this error message:

"Your AOL Username has been transitioned to the Apple ID (my email inserted here) Please click "Forgot" to reset your password for this Apple ID.

The problem is, it never sends me to the forgot password screen on the phone. When I log in to my AppleID on my PC and change the password, it still get the error message on my phone.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3
