Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have a ipod touch 8.3. I was trying to download a app but it won't download. I click on get: install and then it asks for my password, i enter my password then nothing happens. It was working perfect before but for some reason it won't do it now. I have tried restarting, resetting, creating new account but nothing works. Any help will be appreciated.
Try:
- Go to Setting>iTunes and App store and sing out and sign back in
- Download the apps to your computer and sync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
I am having this problem also. Has anyone found a solution?
