My IPad Notes are frozen how do I fix this?

Version 8.3; 5.4 GB available capacity

Try this first, Close the Notes App and reset your iPad. No data will be lost.

Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find the app you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

To reset the device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Thanks but unfortunately this did not work . After I closed reset & turned on my IPad again I reopened Notes as before its blank & unresponsive even myother saved notes are not their. When I navigate to the preview page my current note is there but completely unresponsive.
