how can i buy icloud storage
i bout many times icloud storage plan all the time massage show payment declined but all the time my funds are deduct in my account my apple id itdock@ymail.com how can i resolve the issue

if you didn't get storage, that would mean that apple was never able to receive payment, all you see is their attempts to charge you.
If you want to solve that problem, place credit card on your account - I am not sure, but I think icloud storage is subscription that requires
credit card on file. Once you pay, you can take it off, but that is faster way to fix it.
