force touch

Macbook Pro 13'' Retina 2015 Force Touch failure?

It is quite strange, no one at apple support could fix the problem, the force touch of my new Macbook Pro isn't working since the 5th day before I receive it.

All gestures are working ok except the Three finger (or four) to switch from one app to another. After resenting the PRAM, the SMC and reinstalling the OS X, I don't know what else to do... Any ideas?
