Hide panel project shortcut

I'm using the french version of Aperture(1.5) with the French-Canada CSA keyboard and I found out that since the "W" and the "Z" keys are inverted on the French (France) keyboard the "W" shortcut assigned to hide the panel project is not working, in fact it zooms the image. Zooming is normally assigned to the "Z" key.
We must then use the "Z" key to hide the panel project and the "W" key to zoom. I don't know if there's a way to modify that. It seems Aperture assumes that every french users uses the AZERTY keyboard instead of the QWERTY.
How do we report a bug to Apple, I tried on the web site but I couldn't find where to post.
