Backing up files

Hiya,

I recently had a PC issue that caused me to pretty much re-add every single file back onto iTunes, CD by CD by CD. I had some saved to an external hard drive which helped.

I want to re-backup everything, but all the re-added songs are not showing up in the iTunes Music folder on my hard drive. Is there another way to back them up so I wouldn't have to re-add everything again?
