I have recently tried to rent a film on my iphone 5s and despite clearing enough space it keeps popping up with the message 'unable to download at this time tap to retry' I have tried to retry many times butt this didnt help, have exited the app and re opened it and I have restarted my phone but the message still pops up! Please help! What do I do?

Thanks for your help, I emailed them and they were able to refund me as I hadn't been able to watch the film but I had paid for it, I will be refunded in 7 working days, its a shame I never got to watch the film in the end...
