"The Share Does Not Exist On The Server" - What to do?

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to set up a hard drive with my modem/router so I can use them as NAS. My modem is fully supports the feature and I am able to log into my IP page and see my HDD.

I see an address that looks like this: file://192.168.0.1\share\80C5-18EF.

I go to FINDER > GO > CONNECT TO SERVER and then enter my SMB://(IP ADDRESS).

It asks me for my username and password. I enter it. Nothing.

I try to proceed as guest and I click on USB 1 - which is the port my HDD is attached to and I get this:

"The share does not exist on the server. Please check the share name, and then try again."

Now, I read somewhere that I need to add the "192.168.0.1\share...."

Nothing.

Help?

Thanks!
