What is Chinese Word List Version 3.14

Every Time I log into the App Store for the first time I get an installation of Chinese Word List and a few others.

It says it's from Apple, but even the guys at the genius bar had no idea.

I've been having trouble with hackers.

Does anyone know if this is a good Apple App?

Also, with technical support today, together we could't get the apple id management section to allow me to change my password.
