Cost estimate to repair battery or charge port?

Up until recently I had no problems with my iPhone 5s. Once I upgraded to iOS 8.3 however, it started acting up. First it wouldn't hold charge at all. Even at night while set on airplane mode it would lose batter quicker than normal and in the morning there would be no battery charge left. Second, it would read the apple USB charger as non compatible, yet still charge. And as of today, it will no longer turn on or charge at all. It won't turn on and when the charger is in, and if taken out it will ask to be connected. To make my luck even worse the 1 year warranty ran out last month. I want to send it in for repair but I would like to know about how much it would be for either the charge port replacement, battery, both, or a whole new phone replacement through apple services.
