How to create a new iCloud without removing anything.

How can I create a new iCloud account without removing all of my contacts and pictures? By the way everything of mine is on my icloud account currently,i just want to create a new one one transfer it over, is that possible ? if so how? I share an account and its been a problem lately so i want to have a solo account.
