Sync issuses

AFter updating my ipad and iphone ios to 8.3 my calendars stopped syncronizing.

all my devices are conected throught office 365.

if i register an appointment on my mac book it will sync with ipad and iphone. If i register appointmenton the calendar via iphone or ipad it dos not syNc.

HAve restored both ipad and iphone but problem persists

HAve called both apple and microsoft support and they keep blaming each

other

i am going crazy...

any one can help me???
