mac mini disconnected from ethernet after sleep

my mac mini disconnects from ethernet and wifi as well after sleep or login. every time you have to wait a couple of minutes to have network reconnected (meanwhile I try to manually connect it and it doesn't work. You have to wait for a while every time)
