RECOVER CHROME BOOKMARKS from TIME MACHINE

Hello. I'm using Time Machine to recover bookmarks for Chrome browser. I am able to locate the bookmark files but haven't a clue on how to move or replace them in my current Chrome browser. The bookmark files in Time Machine are NOT html files. Any help (step by step directions, that is) would be greatly appreciated.
