Safari slow since 8.3 on mini

safari is so slow on my mini since is 8.3. Also Chrome is slow and crashing. You have to wait in safari for the key board to catchup.

I Went as far as completely wipng out my mini, reset all data and settings. Nothing

we need 8.4 to fix this I have a $600 paperweight.
