I just found my old Ipod and I have the latest version of Itunes on windows 8.1. My Ipod will charge but it will not appear anywhere on Itunes. I have tried to put music on it through the files, but there are not any folders to put them in. I have tried to make one but it did not work. Please help me.😢

If the iPod's battery was fully run down, then it may not appear in your iTunes until it has been charging for a while.
Once the iPod is charged, if it still doesn't appear, try restarting your iTunes. If that doesn't sort it, try restarting your computer. If that fails to sort it out, turn the computer off and then try again the following day.

I would also suggest trying different USB ports as well as a different iPod wire.
