My Mac Pro 4,1 won't shut down it just restarts

My Mac Pro 4,1 won't shut down it just restarts since I installed 10.10.3 Supplemental Update. I wait until it sounds like it's shut down and just touch the power on/off button. I've tried a PRAM reset and the SMC reset. That did not help.

Can't figure this one out.

Can anyone give a solution to this problem? Thanks! 😕
