Q: Can I link my new iPad to my Mac and  transfer all needed information  , emails login and such to

I have a new iPad 2 Air and can it be linked to my MAC via Wi Fi , bluetooth or by cable to get all needed information transferred to iPad so it will be operational.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (VZ), iOS 5.1.1
