Another device with same ip

My connection continues to be interrupted and now it simply won't connect at all. Every time I try to connect the alert that another device is using the same IP appears. My settings are as follows:


IPv4: using DHCP

IPv6: automatically


Please Note that I have restarted everything and have renewed lease but I'm still unable to connect yet my phone connects without issue.
