Your original post states a McBook, now you state that it is a MacBook Pro. And you have the latest update of what, i.e., Snow Leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks, or Yosemite?


You're still not providing enough information.


There are 35 models of MacBook Pro and 11 models of MacBooks, be specific. Use the serial number on the bottom or in the battery compartment to identify your Mac: http://www.powerbookmedic.com/identify-mac-serial.php
