Hi, I called Apple and they said I can get a free upgrade to Mountain Lion from 10.6.8. Where can I find that on the site?

Call them back and ask. Unless otherwise noted, Mountain Lion needs to be bought and isn’t free.

What Mac do you have? The pre-2006 models this forum covers cannot run Mtn Lion.
I guess I was misinformed.
It as free at one time from 10.6.8, I think once 10.9 & 10.10 was released they stopped it, then brought it back as a $20 order by phone only.
