How to remove the annoying splash screen that comes out when I multitask

on my iPhone, when I enter the multitask, this Biotrust stuff always appears.

Is Apple sponsoring Biotrust? Whatever I do, (clearing history, clearing cache, updating OS), this image always pops up. It's after I clicked that Google ad when this biotrust thing annoys me. How to remove it?

Didnt work. This thing really annoys me, but I don't want to go to the extent of restoring the phone (I hate this Biotrust there)
